📌 Sensory, Phytochemical, and Antioxidant Evaluation of Dark Chocolate Fortified with Spent Coffee Grounds

This research explores the use of spent coffee grounds as a sustainable ingredient in dark chocolate. The findings show that the fortified formulation was highly acceptable to consumers and demonstrated enhanced phenolic content and antioxidant activity, supporting innovation in functional food and waste valorization.
