The Ontology of Digital Transformation in the Perspective of Resource-Based Theory

This article highlights the critical role of resource orchestration in digital transformation. By integrating Resource-Based Theory (RBT) and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the study introduces a structured Digital Resources Orchestration framework to explain why many transformation initiatives fail and how organizations can better align digital resources, strategy, and environment to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
