This study explores how Filipino cultural values—particularly bayanihan (collective action) and pakikipagkapwa-tao (empathy and shared humanity)—shape the social entrepreneurship intentions of Gen Z learners. The findings reveal that these indigenous values significantly influence entrepreneurial intention, with prosocial motivation acting as a key mediating factor.

💡 The results highlight that culturally grounded values remain powerful drivers in inspiring young people to pursue purpose-driven and socially impactful ventures. This research offers important insights for educators and policymakers in designing youth entrepreneurship programs that are both socially relevant and culturally rooted.

This study reveals that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a significant and strategic role in strengthening customer-based brand equity in the hospitality sector. CSR initiatives were found to positively influence brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and customer loyalty.
