At the ICE-ScienceHUm Keynote Speaker Session, Prof. Ian O. Williamson as the Dean of Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, delivered his speech about The Future of Work and the Implication for Talent Management. The participants were all excited to learn new insights from Prof. Ian O. Williamson, and there were questions coming from the participants:

Q1) Abdul Aziz Lai --> In the coming decade, to what extent will the ability to adjust and strike a balance between reliance on technology and the human workforce in general be crucial? Is it even rational to foresee that humans might not be as productive as technology in the production and manufacturing industries?

Q2) JOSEPH REFUGIO --> How can the aging workforce cope with the different disruptions (i.e changed of work, change of tools..)?

Q3) Listya Ayu Saraswati --> Hello Prof. Williamson. How do you think the future of academia as a part of workforce will pan out? In addition to teaching and giving back to the community, academics are expected to conduct research that can serve as the foundation for industries and businesses. We also face implications for changes brought about by the development of AI and technology. In your views, how are the changes in the academic field being managed?

Q4) Edelin Lucene Mangnan --> Hello prof. Here is my question. The world has undergone many changes over the years. Given the rapid change in the world of work, do you think that technological innovations will one day replace teachers for good?

Q5) Rosalie Almadrones --> Considering the changing workforce landscape, what are the leadership challenges in 2023 and in the coming years?

Q6) Ann Rose Vergara --> Prof. Williamson, what is your personal advice to the employees in economic sectors if their work or the workers have change specially to the young workers?

Q7) Maria Isabel Concepcion, MBA, CLSSWB --> Prof. Williamson, do you think, as part of the workforce, we should not specialize but instead learn nonrelated areas to stay competitive?
