How can leaders effectively balance these two aspects to create a conducive work environment?”

Q2. (Catimbang, Lou Simon M.): “You mentioned that psychological empowerment partially mediates the relationship. Have you considered exploring other potential mediators, such as organizational justice or trust in leadership, that might also explain this pathway? Given that the data is self-reported, did you take any steps (e.g., Harman’s single factor test) to assess and mitigate common method bias?”

Q3. (Voltaire B. Torrion): “Does the study address the potential for reciprocal relationships between the variables? For example, could ethical practice also influence employee empowerment or psychological empowerment?”
