The 2nd International Conference on Industrial and Systems Engineering, Technology, Innovation, and Management (2nd ICISETIM) was an outstanding event held on September 24-25, 2024. 2nd ICISETIM is a conference collaboration program between Bachelor Program in Industrial Engineering, Universitas Kristen Maranatha and Research Synergy Foundation.. Hundreds of scholars coming from 8+ countries were involved in the active scientific forum discussion. The discussion went smoothly, and questions were coming from the participants. The Session Chair for this Session Presentation is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Balaji Sundaramurthy from Al Zahra College for Women, Oman. In the session. With the list of presenters and research titles:

Paper ID: ICT24107
Presenter: Erma Suryani - Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember
Title: "Dynamic Simulation Model for Investigating the Potential Development of Wind Power Plants to Increase Fulfillment Ratio"
Paper ID: ICT24113
Presenter: Hasnaa ALOZADE - ENSEM, Hassan II University

Title: "Crashworthiness Analysis on Energy Absorber Module of Indonesian High-Speed Train Using Bio-Inspired Structure"
Paper ID: ICT24110
Presenter: Hammam Yusdin - Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember
Title: "Designing an Ergonomic Egrek (Palm Oil Sickle) for Palm Oil Harvesting: A Quality Function Deployment and Iterative Design Approach"

Questions from the Participants:
Q1) RSF-Finna -> Does the HAWT is only applicable in certain region in Indonesia? SInce the research focuses in the Banyuwangi region
Q2) Abdulkhadir Shaikh -> Are there industry standards or best practices for choosing the raster angle to reduce environmental impact in 3D printing?
Q3) Rex Fabro -> Good morning this is my question, How can the use of Quality Function Deployment and iterative design concepts in the creation of an ergonomic egrek (palm oil sickle) increase worker efficiency, safety, and comfort during palm oil harvesting?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Answer for Q3) ITS_Hammam Dhiyaurrahman Yusdin -> For the question. The Quality Function Deployment is used to understand the primary needs of the harvester tools. However, ensuring our product is perfect on the first iteration is impossible. Especially knowing that palm oil harvesters are hardly communicating their needs.

We invite all participants to discuss or ask questions related to the material shared by the presenters in this forum.
The presenter and the audience can continue the discussion in this forum. Enjoy the discussion, and see you at the upcoming conference at https://bit.ly/RSF-UpcomingConference
