3) A66_Dr. Siti Rahma Sari --> Morning greeting, Dr. Veronica. I have two questions: 1. How can leaders foster adaptability and resilience within teams to handle future social and economic disruptions?
2. What role does emotional intelligence play in adapting leadership styles for tomorrow’s workforce?

4) M. Syauqy Al Firdausyi --> Thank you, Dr. Veronica, for your explanation about leadership.

I am the leader of an organization on my campus, a leader is required to understand his members, and sometimes this makes me forget my personal needs, such as privacy time and personal pleasure, which makes me mentally disturbed.

How does a leader overcome this? Can you provide tips for a leader to maintain a healthy mental condition in an organizational environment that he cannot fully control?

Thank You

5) Jose Jr Agoylo --> How can leaders prepare their organizations for the increasing integration of AI and automation, and what are the implications for leadership roles?

6) XAVERIUS M. Y. JANWARIN --> Morning Dr. Veronica. How a leader's attitude builds emotional intelligence for his employees in overcoming organizational problems? Thanks

All audience are also welcome to ask question in this forum. Thank you.
