Greetings! Allow me to express my sincerest gratitude to Research Synergy Foundation, Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Bandung and all the organizers of International Psychology Conference on Mental Health and Resilience (IPC- MHR). What are my take aways in this webinar? In the study of Prof. Nanan Nuraini, about ASD broadened my understanding about the contributing factors of the development of ASD. In her discusssion, she mentioned that prenatal stress and maternal immune dysregulation
were some of the contributing factors to ASD. I likewise facisnated when she mentioned about the beliefs of the Indonesians in her literature review where she stressed the term, "karma" and "taboo" as among of the beliefs that led to ASD. More so, in the breakout room 5, the discussions of the presenters with their respective researches augmented my understanding about the various topics in research in the field of psychology from the quantitative data to the qualitative data, from the industrial organizational psychology to the spiritual psychology. Hence, I would like to express that attending the webinar co-sponsored by Reasearch Synergy Foundation are informative and essentials. All the best!
