MASOS is an annual academic conference organized by the Research Synergy Foundation and supported by Research Synergy System, Reviewer Track, Research Synergy Institute, Research Synergy Press, Global Research Community, F1000Research. The conference aims to provide a vibrant forum to explore cutting-edge developments in the realms of Management Studies and Social Science.

The conference aims to provide a dynamic forum for the advancement of knowledge, strengthening global research collaboration, promoting cross-cultural academic exchange, and encouraging innovative, evidence-based solutions to address contemporary challenges in the digital and interconnected era.
