Presenter: Anosha Zameer

Paper Title: Building Shared Futures Through Digital Entrepreneurship: The Moderating Role of Social Capital in Entrepreneurs’ Innovative Behavior and Job Creation

List of Questions:

  • Muhammad Imran: "You mentioned outcomes are not uniform and this is particularly relevant in Pakistan. In cities like Quetta with limited institutional support and weaker entrepreneurial networks, what specific type of social capital should entrepreneurs prioritize first to improve innovation and job creation outcomes?"
  • Menale Jerome: "Since digital platforms naturally generate social networks, how did you statistically separate 'digital entrepreneurship' from 'social capital' to ensure social capital is acting purely as a moderator rather than an outcome?"

Presenter: Ailsa Nabila Fajri

Paper Title: Social Media Strategy in the Fashion Industry: Optimizing Instagram and TikTok Content to Drive Consumer Purchase Intention for "Garden of Eve"

List of Questions:

  • Muhammad Imran: "Your data shows 97.8% of Indonesian internet users use social media and fashion is the 3rd biggest e-commerce category. For small businesses in developing countries like Pakistan with low budget, what is the first step to turn Instagram/TikTok followers into real sales, not just likes?"
  • Menale Jerome: "Given that 87.9% of your Instagram views came from non-followers, how did you isolate whether low follower conversion was caused by poor profile design rather than algorithm-driven audience mismatches?"

Presenter: Lintang Anis Bena Kinanti

Paper Title: Value Creation Through Fig Leaf Rengginang Innovation: A Business Development and Strategic Management Perspective

List of Questions:

  • Muhammad Imran: "Your study shows local food innovation like Jember Tin Garden creates economic and social value. For entrepreneurs in Pakistan with traditional herbs and local ingredients, what is the first step to turn a traditional product into a differentiated, marketable product?"

Track Human Resources Management

Presenter: Nurul Khaira

Paper Title: The Dynamics of Job-Hopping Behavior: The Role of Organizational Commitment, Job Security, and Perceived Career Development Among Generation Z

List of Questions:

  • Muhammad Imran: "Your model shows Perceived Alternative Employment weakens the effect of organizational commitment on turnover. In countries like Pakistan where job market instability is high, which of the 3 antecedents - Job Security, Career Development, or Psychological Safety - is most critical to retain employees despite having many job alternatives?"
